SHIPPING INFO

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

 

Why is my order currently in "Pre-shipment" stage?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in.

 

 Delivery

All orders received will receive a conformation via email. Then another email following up with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to be completed and shipped,

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Policy: Please return unworn, unwashed item(s) to the return address on the order. Returns must be made within 14 days of the order shipment date. Item(s) can be exchanged if the size & fit is not as expected. For refund email info@dopefaith.com with any issues.
